VISION
The people of Wisconsin will have ready access to a broad range of reading, viewing and listening materials and programs that
- stimulate their thinking,
- enhance their knowledge of themselves and the world around them,
- develop their abilities to obtain, evaluate and use information,
- advance their literacy skills,
- inform their participation as citizens,
- strengthen their contribution to the economy, and
- improve the quality of their leisure time.
In short, they will have the information they need to succeed at school, at work, and in their personal lives.

I like that the draft vision statement focuses more on WLA and its members than on the library services that members are providing. Seems like a more logical way to approach a vision for WLA.
