I suggest deleting "responsive".

I like the old mission statement better than the new draft mission statement. I am having a hard time defining why though. The draft mission does not have WLA advocating for Wisconsin libraries but implies that it supports other people to advocate for libraries. I think that is what I don't like about the new statement.

The draft mission statement is confusing. It seems to be saying that WLA will get us together to advocate for libraries. But we already do that.

I really like the dynamic, responsive part of the new mission statement. I think that it reflects the new movement in libraries to be more open to change and more responsive to our patrons' and community's needs.

I like "dynamic, responsive Wisconsin libraries" too. Do we need to broaden that to cover "Wisconsin libraries and information services"?

"WLA unites and supports people from all types of libraries in developing and advocating for dynamic, responsive Wisconsin libraries." - I too think it's problematic that WLA doesn't "advocate" for libraries but only "unites and supports people" who do. I also wonder if there's a better word than "develop."
